Maru Persimmon

Maru persimmon variety is yellow-orange skinned when fully ripe and has chocolate-brown colored flesh, also known as a chocolate persimmon. Fully-ripe persimmons have a custard-like softness. Somewhat ripe will be firmer to the touch and crunchy.
